Pricing

We offer full buyouts of our entire venue, including both the interior space and patio. Partial buyouts are not available.

All buyouts require a minimum of three hours and must begin at opening time: 4:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 2:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

• $6,000 for first three hours + $2,000 per additional hour

For private use of the venue for the entire evening, minimum spend requirements are as follows:

• Sunday–Thursday: $10,000

• Friday–Saturday: $16,000

*All buyouts are subject to applicable taxes and a 25% service charge.

What's Included?

All buyout packages include house cocktails, classic cocktails, call spirits and mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage options.

Capacity

We can comfortably accommodate up to 120 standing guests.

Outside Food

Outside food is welcome. Please note that all food must arrive fully prepared and ready to serve, as we do not have a kitchen or dedicated catering prep area on-site.

Audio & Entertainment

We offer a sound system with music playback capabilities, as well as DJ hookups for private events.

Can I Book the Patio Only?

Unfortunately, no. We only offer full venue buyouts, which include both the interior space and patio. The patio is otherwise available on a first-come, first-served basis during regular operating hours.
